For now I am closing this as INVALID as there isn't an actual Tomcat bug or request for a specific new feature in this report. I would suggest that the users list is the best place to discuss options for handling this particular problem. If the result of that discussion is "If only there was an option in Tomcat that enabled admins to..." then please re-open this issue as an enhancement request and document the requirement.
