Hi,
the build.xml packaged with with Tomcat 8.5.37 (not 8.5.35, but the new release
can not be selected in bugzilla yet), contains an empty "dist-static" target,
which results in a zip only containing a few empty directories when running
"ant package-zip".
It seems, that the build.xml packaged in the source package differs from the
one, I'd have expected to be there:
