Does it works with AjpProtocol (not AjpAprProtocol) By default if native load fails, the JK connector is used, that is different then Ajp connector. Can you set the protocol="org.apache.coyote.ajp.AjpProtocol" and if is fails as well? In case it doesn't, then it's probably a native fault.
