As soon as I start IIS, the CPU load pops to 100%. The task consuming the CPU is "tomcat5.exe". I've also tried using tcnative.dll 1.1.7, but it resulted in the same behaviour. When I tried WITHOUT tcnative.dll, everything worked fine. So whatever is it, it is NOT fixed in tcnative 1.1.6.
