 Review comment:
   There is nothing to decide because I created a PR to exactly discuss that. 
This is merely a proof of concept to aid clients to properly terminate 
connections.
   
   I have considered introducing a constant for that. I will do.
   
   WDYT in general? I'd aid clients and likely reverse proxies too. 
Unfortunately, the draft for this header never made it to an official RFC.
