When "apache-tomcat-9.0.29.exe" installed in windows 10(Chinese Encoding);I
find conf/tomcat-users.xml file content "<?xml version="1.0"
encoding="UTF-8"?>" become to "encoding='cp936'",so I guess NSIS install script
is error!please fix it,thank you all!
