RFC2616 (10.3.3 302 Found) says as follows:

  Unless the request method was HEAD, the entity of the
  response SHOULD contain a short hypertext note with a hyperlink to
  the new URI(s).

In case HTTP redirect response is created without sendRedirect,
servlet developers are responsible for its header and body.
However, when calling sendRedirect, body with a hyperlink
should be included in the response.
