However, when using tomcat5.exe, it exits shortly after starting. It installs as a service fine. I tried running it from the Service Control Manager and also from the command line and the jakarta logs show the same thing. There are no errors or Exceptions reported. But why does it exit? Why does it work fine when run from the command line using catalina.bat? I assume if there was an error in my options, it would tell me.
