No it doesn't. /current contains three directories one for each of tc3, tc4, tc5. It is intended to provide a convenient single checkout for each of them as they require multiple components. Since tc6 is a single component, there is no need to provide such a directory. Looking at http://tomcat.apache.org/svn.html it is badly in need of an update. I'll do this now.
