The jspxml files are located in the jakarta.servlet.jsp.resources packages.
They do not appear to have been updated since Tomcat 5.
They are not part of the JSP JAR provided by Jakarta EE. I can't find
them anywhere in the Jakarta EE repositories.
I'd like to drop them in Tomcat 11. I will do so for the next release
unless I hear any objections.
