With the service pack update of 9.0.91 looks like the tomcat-servlet api jar is
no longer a BND file. Until 9.0.90 it is an OSGI bundle. Could you please
confirm if this was a real change that it is not an OSGI bundle but a plain
JAR?
Because of this I am unable to use the packages that were previously
exported/provided the capability.
I did not find anything related in the release notes could you please confirm
if the change to non OSGI was expected in the service pack update of 9.0.91?
