OK. I think we are done. With the current 12.0.x code I built and signed
a release on:
- Windows with makensis.exe
- Linux with wine and makensis.exe
- Linux with makensis
and then confirmed that the other two could recreate the windows
installer, insert the signature and get a valid result.
I'll back-port those last couple of changes to the other branches.
