While this might sound like a like: Am I the only one who has the feeling even 
after 10 years of the inception of HTTP/2 is seems to be so complex that bugs 
still constantly pop up not just in Tomcat, but in other clients and servers? 
HTTP/1.1 did not suffer from this problem.
