If someone ever downloaded the Apache Commons Daemon binaries for Windows [1], one may note that the Service runner (prunsrv.exe, here Tomcat11.exe) has different binaries for different CPU architectures, but the Service manager (prunmgr.exe, here Tomcat11w.exe) is a single binary that is a 32-bit executable.
