These seem to be resolved now.
Next on my list of things to worry about is test stability. I was seeing
quite a high crash rate yesterday. I need to get back to investigating
that now the other test/CI issues appear to be addressed.

The current buildbot failures for 10.1.x and 9.0.x are because the TLS
request in the TestOcspTimeout test is timing out after 5 mins rather
than failing after a couple of seconds.
That is also adding ~1 hour to the time to run the tests.
The root cause appears to be a JVM bug. Buildbot is using 17.0.12 which
exhibits the same behaviour when I test locally. Updating to 17.0.17
should fix it.
I am in discussion with Infra to get that update completed ASAP.
