The 2.0.x branch is primarily intended for use with Tomcat 10.1.x onwards but can be used with earlier versions as long as the APR/native connector is not used.

+1 got stable release.

Tomcat 11 unit tests all pass with tcnative 2.0.14 on MacOS aarch64.

Note that source tarball and ZIP are not the same, which is okay: tarball contains build files for *NIX style environments... though I do wonder why the Windows build stuff is in the tarball if that's the case.

Should we make both tarball and ZIP contain the same things?
