Seeing the Commons Daemon release we need is stalled waiting for one
more PMC vote, it looks like we'll have time to get a Tomcat Native
release completed in time for inclusion in the Jun release round.
Does anyone have any commits, changelog updates etc they need to
complete before we tag?
