site still hasn't updated, so I haven't sent out my release notification.

My initial small update for 9.0.120 picked up the update. But then I
updated the javadoc, and as always it's not working. It is possible
the big updates are causing problems and then everything else gets
stuck.

I did indeed commit everything all at once: the docs plus the news update.
