Bump Java needed to build to 25
FFM has some useful API tweaks in Java 25, so move up to the LTS
release.
Does this mean we are raising the minimum Java to Java 25 if users want
to use FFM?
Oh yes, that is correct. Is it acceptable ?
The docs currently imply a Java 22 requirement but it isn't explicit.
Jakarta EE always uses LTS versions as minimum Java versions.
Java 25 is the minimum LTS version that supports FFM.
Given all of that, I'd be OK with making Java 25 the minimum version to
use FFM features. We should add text to that effect wherever we
reference ${min.java.version}
I'll update BuildBot to use Java 25. That is useful even if this change
is reverted.
