RFC 9110, section 14.4 allows an asterisk in place of the complete length of a Content-Range header, such as `bytes 0-9/*`, to indicate that the length was unknown. `ContentRange.parse` rejected it, so a partial PUT with an unknown complete length got a 400 response. This change parses the asterisk as an unknown length (-1) and `DefaultServlet` leaves the length of the resource unchanged in that case. A header with no length at all, such as `bytes 0-9/`, is still rejected. TestContentRange.testUnknownLength and the new TestDefaultServletPut case fail without the change. TestContentRange, TestDefaultServletPut and TestDefaultServletRangeRequests pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
