That would be good too, with autodetection :)
which java + dirname + testing files should do that easily I will make
tries and propose a patch.
In the unix world "env" is supposed to be more portable than "which" (5
cents).
Explicitely set JAVA_*/JRE_* environment variables should have
preference over java binaries found in the PATH.
