Currently, when AJP is unavailable, the tomcat connector will display a
maintenance page of:
"Service temporary unavailable!
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime"
It would be nice if it were possible to use a directive to point to a custom
page on the filesystem or at a URL resource for the maintenance /
site-unavailable message.
