Is this true on Linux, Remy?  Or another OS.  Solaris, for example, is known
to not tolerate sharing an ipv4+6 listener very well.

Essentially, any OS in which the ipv4 stack is built of different driver
components than the ipv6 stack gives headaches attempting a single listener.
For all of these cases, two listening sockets, one explicitly IPv4 and the
other IPv6 is preferable.
