Setting an optional context path on war file uploads
This small patch enhances the manager app to provide an optional
context path when using the "WAR file to deploy" section.
The context has to be formatted like in the required context field when
deploying a war which is already located at the server.
- leading "/" mandatory
- "/" only is ROOT-app
- trailing "/" is invalid
- on "/a/b/c" only the last path element is (quietly) used as context name
