There have been many fixes to the JNDI realm since 4.1.18 including, I believe,
this one. I suggest you upgrade to the latest stable 4.1.x release.
If possible, you should move to 5.5.x or 6.0.x as 4.1.x is unlikely to see a
release, even for a security issue, after June 2009.
