I downloaded 5.5.28, but it seems to break some unicode cookie usage in my app. I tested on 5.5.27 and the problem doesn't happen there. Before going further down this debugging road, I'd like to get some inkling about what changed from 27->28. Is the changelog actually posted anywhere? The changelog on the Tomcat site is for 27.
