Patch removing org.apache.catalina.util.StringManager
Tomcat sources contain 3 classes named StringManager which (should) have the
same functionality. This patch removes org.apache.catalina.util.StringManager
and uses instead the more advanced org.apache.tomcat.util.res.StringManager.
After applying this patch, only two StringManager remain:
- org.apache.tomcat.util.res.StringManager
- org.apache.catalina.tribes.util.StringManager
As tribes is independent it will be more difficult to reduce this duplication.
