Apache Tomcat 7 has created some very important enhancements to logging, and we
should exploit them. Please make the org.apache.juli.AsyncFileHandler and
org.apache.juli.OneLineFormatter the defaults for shipped
conf/logging.properties.
These enhancements have been vetted with over 20 releases of Apache Tomcat,
let's give them some first class status.
