I intend restart work on getting a release out of taglibs. Before I went on hiatus there were issues with building on Maven3.0 but it looks like those have been fixed as it now builds cleanly for me. There is one new bug #51234 related to formatNumber but I plan to mark that as wontfix due to spec requirements.
