Tomcat using tcnative-1.dll with OCSP support crashed and generate java core
dump when OCSP server is not reachable

Tested on Tomcat 7.0.37 with JDK 7.0.21 and JDK 6.0.30 on WIN2003( 32bit ) and
WIN7 ( 64bit )
