My vote is conditional on the src tarball being made available via the Apache Mirror system. I'd would have expected a link to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/tomcat/... included in the vote thread. It would be nice if a binary was made available as well. It has been will all previous releases. Checks: - Tag matches source with the exception of the DEPENDENCIES file which is not part of the tag.
