See 2. Yep. Luckily, that site has a link (http://www.openssl.org/related/binaries.html) to someone who provides binaries almost as fast as OpenSSL releases them. That site is http://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html. I think in this case he and Mladen had versions available at about the same time, though we're still waiting on an "approved" release from the ASF.
