AprEndpoint.setSocketOptions() contains
if (socketProperties.getSoLingerOn() &&
socketProperties.getSoLingerTime() >= 0)
Socket.optSet(socket, Socket.APR_SO_LINGER,
socketProperties.getSoLingerTime());
which results in NPE and thus causes the socket to be closed.
