I'm guessing you are catching up on e-mail. I rolled a 1.1.31 release in the middle of last week and just announced the result of the release vote. It is probably worth you casting you eye over the release instructions [1] and the release itself to see what I missed / got wrong. Konstantin spotted a few things and there are probably more. If there is anything drastically wrong, we can always roll 1.1.32.
