LB worker attributes session_cookie, session_path, session_cookie_path and
set_session_cookie are currently neither displayed by the status worker, nor
are they manageable by it.
They could be added to the shm and the status worker. Not a high priority,
because the need to manage them dynamicaly should be low.
Not planning to implement myself, patches are welcome.
