yep,

jar is not scanned cause starting with tomee.

That said it was in container (tomee/lib) IIRC and if so it shouldn't be
scanned (it was available for all apps which was an issue).

Not sure how to handle it. Can it be removed from the container? If not
you'll surely have to not use META-INF/resources.
