Saw some chat on IRC and figured I'd follow up here rather than there. Seemed there was some doubt if we could support JDK 6 once we've upgraded TomEE to support Java 8. If that's the case we'll definitely need to discuss. Supporting Java 6 is a Java EE 6 certification requirement.
