The archives.html will not display on site - This is due to the nexus mime-type text/plain, not the files.
I have raised https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-8126.If you checkout https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/tomee/staging-1034 the files display fine.
