This is to kick off the the advance to a TomEE 2.0.0 Milestone 1 release.
The purpose is to provide a stable release that contains a known set of
working features.
After a chat with David it was agreed that we can go for such a release
from trunk when:
1. The buildbot performs a repeatable green build.
2. That green build passes the old (EE6) TCK.
It will NOT be certified in any way other than to make known the state
of items 1. and 2.
The JIRA's are in place, but need assigning to the milestone version.
