yeah I mean the event viewer facility. The location where native logs and
audit logs usually end up under windoze. Sorry didn't want to boot into a
VM to get the exact name.

And yes I was referring to the batch file where you can increase the log
level. What you could as well try to figure out is whether it is possible
to run the service executable that runs TomEE can be started in interactive
mode with increased verbosity. That way you would see live what is going
on... hopefully.
