Tomcat 7.0.81

Hi

I updated tomee-1.7.x to Tomcat 7.0.81. Looks like there are some test
failures as a result of that. I'm looking into it, and will hopefully get
them fixed tonight, or if not I'll revert it back until I have those
failures sorted.
