Hi, I created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-2405 to migrate the remaining README.md to asciidoc for the mp-* examples. The scope of the ticket also proposes to update in each readme.adoc the :index-group: to Microprofile instead of Unrevised.
