Good catch.  That doc likely needs to get deleted as the references are so 
outdated.  I had to go all the way back to OpenEJB 2.1 to find a copy of 
AxionTestDatabase.java.  Some of the code it mentions is still there but looks 
quite dead.  I think we'd really need to check the CI to see how much of those 
original itests are actually running.
