Hey Rod, we should definitely make 10 the default, with the release of TomEE 10 we voted to announce TomEE 9 as EOL by the end of this year. I would even go as far as to not build images for TomEE 9 anymore.
Small side note: I did run the TomEE CI on Java 21 before release and Richard announced it as compatible as well in the release notes, so this should be reflected in the docker images as well. So it could also be good to drop 9.x because of this to not produce too many tags again. As always, I'm willing to update the Dockerfiles to reflect these changes if you want to :) Thanks Markus Am 16.
