Webprofile TCK Setup

Hey all,

I want to give you a quick update of what I've been doing: Over the past 
few days I've been building a new TCK Setup for TomEE with a little 
(actually, quite a lot) of help from claude. It is currently committed 
in the ee11 branch of the tomee-tck repository and I've let it run on 
Jenkins to verify it is working alright 
(https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Tomee/view/tomee-11.x/job/tomee-11.x-tck/), 
there's only 2 tests that failed and those seem to be flaky/timing related.


Having a working TCK harness is a huge step towards getting TomEE 11.x 
properly Jakarta EE webprofile certified again,  there is a list of what 
is currently excluded and why here 
https://github.com/apache/tomee-tck/blob/ee11/KNOWN_ISSUES.md which 
gives us a pretty straight forward list of things to do to make TomEE 
plume webprofile compatible.


I propose merging this branch into the main tomee-tck branch, the 
current setup is broken and unused anways. WDYT?
