Resolved in e456e2d081d6267c7d900fa9f7599c014b3b4694 and
d7c7e7e7ba8fc9c0491deef416f20517f6ed8d93. I used the debated modern idiom of
`curl -fsS ${DOWNLOAD_SCRIPT_URL} | sh` for convenience instead of
`download-{project_name}-{version}.sh`. We can create a new issue if the latter
is still required. Users can still download `DOWNLOAD_SCRIPT_URL` to audit it,
so this is purely a user interface convenience.
