Between browsing committees and projects we should only browse one. 1. Let's remove Projects from the leftnav. 2. On the Committees page start by only showing the user's PMCs and PPMCs. 3. Instead of showing the number of PMC Members and committers show the PMC's logo. 4. On the committee page make UX enhancements in the projects box that both includes project boxes like from browse projects and adds a create sub-project action. 5. On the committee page in the signing keys section add an Upload Keys file button. 6. On the projects page in addition to #85 show the labels from the browse projects and provide a way to add and remove.
