**Problem:** Labels are currently derived from a project’s name and its parent’s label. Since I can only create subprojects (not direct projects) under the Logging PMC, I’m unable to generate a `logging-parent` label for new subprojects. **Suggestion:** Please update the label generation logic to allow assigning an arbitrary label to subprojects, even when direct project creation in the PMC isn’t possible. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
