1. Generate a time line for the past 5 years for each current Committee.

- Message
3. Include svn dist log entries from changes to the PMC's release directory.

- Commit message
4. Include dev@ mailing list threads with subjects that start with [VOTE]
- Date time
- Subject
5. Set Project and Version fields from this combined data which can be empty
for non-release events.
6. Summarize the data by PMC, project, date time, and version.
7. Summarize the data with a project count for each PMC.
