Resolved by 311a95b9575f277d42dd87aeaaff36964956f494. `LICENSE` and `NOTICE` file checks are now more informative. Specifically, `LICENSE` file checks will report a diff to the expected format, and `NOTICE` file checks will provide detailed information about which sections differ, along with the first few lines of the file being checked. This information is available by opening the `<details>` element associated with the relevant result in the check results list.
